Background

The project was created to view the effect of limited resources on a population, allowing the administrators involved to view the chaos which was created, as well as viewing the teams, truces and laws generated by the community. Resource listings, maps, analytics, applications and Discord pages are available via the website. I was personally responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the server, as well as for creating tools and visualisations to show the influences that players had over time on the amount of certain items available, as well as how they interacted.

 

Languages & Technologies

The server-side plugin was written in Java, with the website backend written in NodeJS using Express. The user-facing section was created with Tailwind CSS.
